Lisa was born and raised in a small community in northern Newfoundland. Her Education degree brought her to the Yukon to teach in the communities. After two years in the communities, Lisa moved to Whitehorse and joined our team. She has a passion for helping people and believes that literacy is not just reading and writing but it's learning. Whether it is being out on the land, cooking, or reading; everyone is literate in their own unique way.
